    frames per second

     
    is there a program that can detect what FPS im getting in all my games? any recomendations?

    Yes, Fraps is a good program. In game screenshots, too.

    dont forget that it will let you capture movies aswell. tho a 30 sec movie is over 120 mb for me. but fraps is good i use it when i admin for when i need to take quick pictures of the server. also it is free!!!!
