Count Up Timer

I recently quit smoking (about 12 days ago). It's been going good thanks to the nicotine lozenges. What I would like though is to get some sort of online count up timer that I can place somewhere on my website to use as a motivational tool. Basically, it would tell me how long it has been since my last smoke in years-months-days-hours-minutes-seconds format. It does not need to look fancy. I've googled around but could not quite find anything appropriate. This one is pretty close but only counts down to an event and not time since an event. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

Waferdog

i know of a program called timeleft (which you might be able to get on download.com) that actually countsdown to a certain day hour minute second, but once it gets to that it continues to count... so i think you could set it to 12 days ago and it will count up the time. it syncs up with your system clock i believe as well

*edit*

timeleft

I appreciate the response but unfortunately I am looking for a web based counter i.e. one that I can put on my website to view from wherever.
