Microsoft Royale Theme for Windows XP
This is a new theme from microsoft for Windows XP. It does NOT require you to install any program or replace any dll.

I posted this a long time ago, even though it wasnt an offical Microsoft Link. Royale NEVER required the patched UXTHEME.DLL file since it was leaked out of Windows XP Media Center 2005(\ /)

My eyes must be weak, because I can see no difference between Royale (Energy Blue) and the standard blue theme that Windows starts with on a fresh install. Well, the wallpaper is different...What did a tornado sound like before freight trains were invented?
