Dreamweaver MX i need some help

hey i am creating a website from dreamwevaer it is my first time and i have encountered a problem. and image has been uploaded



I have biult my website in tables, whenever i try to add text i have the problem that my text continues to widen the cell and not drop down a line... i think the picture explains it. anyone know why i am gettin this problem.

like i said this is my first website, just a bit of practice for me mainly, i am not sure if this website will ever gte up and running properly this is more of just a learning curve.

take a look at the style of my webiste at the moment. its basic but and i need your advice, am i doing somthing wrong? please say, here the current image for my site.

i forgot to say the text at the bottom is scrolling thats why it looks a little odd

Well, if its all one word I think it might do that regardless.

But in general, just define static widths for the cells and the whole table. Or you can use percentages. Just make sure everything adds up, or it will stretch to fill gaps and browsers might interpret it differently

You can do it in the code, or by selecting the table itself (click in a cell, and then right click --> table --> select table) and using the properties bar
