installing windows?

im gona be putting windows on my new pc im building soon and been told that its really hard to install windows and get all your drivers installed.is this true?any suggestions that mite make it easier

o yea im putting xp home on.

No it's not.
As long as you know what hardware you have, and the drivers for you to get to the internet (nic, modem, whatever it is you use), it's pretty easy.

Easiest would be to get the drivers for the hardware in advance, then when the system boots up the first time, you can just extract everything and point the correct locations of driver files.

if you are installing from cd, make sure that if your cd-rom has boot priorty over your HDD, to eject the cd and but it back in when you restart. if not you will just start the whole thing over again.
