MS Access 2000 - Name conflicts with existing module, project or object library

When I am trying to import a report to a blank database, MS Access will not allow me to import and gives the error, "Name conflicts with existing module, project or object library." Is there as way to find out which object or library it is requesting to be changed? Or to turn off the VBA to allow me to import/export the reports? Thank You for the help.

Try converting it to an Access 97 DB first, then import.
