OK, I have been using Outlook Express 2000 for a while now. For our business I created .wab address / e mail lists in OL Exp 2000 for certain customers (like: e mail lists for customers in different states) I was able to bulk e mail all the customers on each list and it gave me flexability to send bulk e mails with different messages using different lists. I am trying to migrate into OL 2003 and I'm totally lost on how to get the same result. I want to import e mail addresses from OL Exp 2000 and save them in different folders either in an address book or contacts in OL 2003 so when I do a bulk e mail or have to add new addresses, they go in to the list I choose. Am I clear? All I'm able to do is to import addresses from the Main Identity Contact folder in OL Exp 2000 into OL 2003. The actual folders I need to export would be sub folders in the Main Identity Contact folder in OL Exp 2000 follow?
any kind of help appreciated, this is killing me.
