alarm daemon MDK 8.1
Anyone know where the alarmdaemon loads from? I thought it would show up under Services, but no luck.

what is in /etc/rc5.d/ which looks suspicious?

Thanks Paul. It wasn't there but you got me thinking. I started looking in the KDE config files and it loads with KOrganizer.

/.kde/share/config/korganizerrc

The first entry:

[AlarmDaemon]
Autostart=false
