defrag disappeared from system tools

I downloaded a free version of a scheduled task program,since the one Windows has doesnt want to work.

So,I click on the scheduler,click on a button like a "browse" button and go to: desktop/start/programs/accessories/system tools/and look for system defragmenter,and its nowhere to be found.

So I shutdown the app,click on start/programs/accessories/system tools/and its there.

So,I fire up the app again,go thru the same procedure,and there is not any disc defragmenter anywhere to be seen.

So,I do a search for disc defragmenter,and it shows me where it is.

But I cannot find it using the scheduler i downloaded.

The app is by Splinterware. from Splinterware.com

any suggestions??
