Active directory - Help

Hi all,
I have to create a new domain in a new organization. Implementation is in Windows 2000 server with Active Directory.
I want to import there all the users database whitch is in another organization and running Windows 2000 server too. Both servers have not any connection between them.
Is it possible to export-import the users database from one domain to the other? At least I want to import all "user" objects, not "Computers", etc.

Thank you in advance
Samshen.

You can export them to a .txt or .csv file, right click, export list - i think, but I don't know how to import them. I have never tried.

beware if you just export/import you won't keep passwords etc

If its a large domain you're copying you should use a real migration tool like Aelita

Yes use migration software if this is a large domain.

I have AD running on my network due to the ease of user control (policys passwords etc...) I simply gave them all password and let them start afresh the last time I changed OS but this is not a good idea on a big network, security issues being one of the main problems.
