You could find an alarm clock program, and set and alarm, and add the program to startup by adding a new string value to regedit in run (My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Win dows\CurrentVersion\Run)and then, use the Windows scheduler/BIOS or whatever to schedule a boot at a certain time, and then your scheduled boot should turn on your computer at a correct time, and then the program will start up, and then in a matter of time, depending on your alarm time setting, the alarm will go off.
I use the alarm clock from Microsoft Plus Digital Media Edition. It works fine, and I leave my computer on 24/7, so... I don't have to schedule boots...

Creatures | Mainly it's the monitor that uses most of the power. If you just set the power management to turn off your monitor after 10 or 20 minutes then you'll be doing good. And when you go to bed you could just as easily turn the monitor off, that's what I do. http://www.tufts.edu/tie/tci/pcpower...ent/win2k.html |

Ok, everyone repeat after me, "I WILL NOT sleep with my computer! I WILL NOT..."
If you arent you should be crunching for FAD or one of the other good causes. That way you can feel good about leaving the Comp on all night long, and you wont have to jump through hoops just for an alarm clock proggy.
But, really, wouldnt a simple wind up alarm clock for $6.00 be better/cheaper for you?? Remember to set it up across the room to ensure that you get up when it rings...
