You could set your normal account to not be an administrative account, and in the group policy editor set it so that IE can only be run by admins |

well...you can set it to be run only by a select few users in addition to admin then. You then select "Run As", type the username and password, and you get access...otherwise you get nada. |

How many users in your network are you trying to control access?
Are you trying to limit their access to IE because you don't want them to surf the internet?

When ever they try to click on IE icon I want it to ask them for password or else if there is any other way where they can only go on the company website and no other website besides it ..
Thanks,

What are all the computers set up to route through?
Personally i would set up a Proxy server on the network to route all the internet IP traffic through. There a a few out there but a free one is Squid which is Linux based.
Best thing would be to draw up your network layout and post it here.. |
