retten.exe

I heve delete my retten.exe file. I wonder if any body know where I could download this or how I could reset my computer to factory settings.

Is that a Windows file? What OS are you using? If it's a file from a version Windows, you can usually extract the file you need from the CAB files on the CD.

Its some sort of restore file from the backup partition.

I doubt you can replace that file with any old copy. I am sure there are versions to match your setup. I could be wrong. Either way, we need a bit more information on your system and your needs to answer without simply guessing.
