| Good virus/spyware protection
whats everybodies recomendations for spyware and virus protection? and a nice firewall? |

Myself, Avast! and Spybot. Both are free. I've heard Defender Pro was nice, too.
BTW, avoid ZoneAlarm right now. I don't know what went wrong with their newest update, but it reaked havoc with my internet activity. I had to remove it.
Also, I reccomebd Web Eraser and CCleaner, also free. |

I'm using ZoneAlarm Secuirty Suite 2006 atm.

Well i'm probably freaking about spyware and viruses but this is what i'm using now:
AVG 7.0
Microsoft anti spyware
Ad Aware
Spybot
Bazooka spyware scanner
Ewedo anti spyware
Spyware Blaster
Spyware Guard
CW Shredder
Hijack This
Trojan Hunter
Track Eraser Pro
and a Router for an extra protection
I check my computer almost on a daily bases and i defrag once a week...yes i'm probably freaking out about getting infected and that's on both my computer and my laptop.  |

I don't know about you guys but i'm staying away from McAfee, Norton and Zone Alarm. I'm also using the Windows Firewall. |
