Dell Inspiron 6000 Error Code during Diagnostic Test

I don't know if you guys here can help me with this...I was getting help here last night and those steps didn't work...so I'm back. I can tell you what all happened up until this point if you need to know. Anyway, basically my computer won't boot and I just ran a full diagnostic test and everything passed but I got this error code:

Error Code: 0F00:021B
Msg. Block 873: Flaw in Medium or an error in the recorded data. If this is a removable media device, try different media.

I have no idea what this means, I can't find any info on it, and the folks at Dell aren't so willing to help? What should I do?? Thanks!

Ram try switching out the ram.
