    MCE Live TV/Video problems.

I've been having a problem getting Windows Media Center to work right.. I've done a few searches and couldnt find anything.

    Problem:
I have windows media center 05, and when I go to watch live tv in full screen mode, it appears to lock up or freeze, but you can hear the tv channel's audio. If I minimize the screen, click and drag the edge back and forth, you can see live TV, but when you stop, it freezes up. When I use another product, such as WinTV2000 my live tv works fine. Also durring setup it asks to "Watch a Video", well that doesnt work either...

    Spec's:
I started with a barebones "cube" style case and mobo

    P4 2.4ghz 512kb 533FSB
    1gig memory
    60gig HD
    Geforce3 Ti200
    WinTV-PVR 150 Media Center kit

    What I've tried:
I've tried reinstalling MCE (on my third try).
I have tried all the various decoders (nvidia, powerdvd, windvd.. etc), nothing.
I have installed the latest drivers for my TV card (its a WinTV 150 MCE), I have also tried installing old drivers.
I have also tried buying a whole new TV card, nada.
Installed latest drivers for my Video Card.
    Latest chipset drivers.
    Latest Audio drivers.

I am at a total loss. I have no idea what else to try, aside from just not using Media Center.
    Please help!

    Thanks.

could it possibly be a video card problem?

    i mean, a GF3 Ti200 is a pretty old card....i could be wrong though

Im pretty sure even something liek this should be a sufficient upgrade

My guess is video as well. Did it used to work before by chance? I personally use Beyond TV 4.0 with a PVR 500 card and never have problems.

yeah its one of my older cards.
what do you mean if it worked before? the video itself or MCE?

vid card works, and MCE never been able to get it to work.
