office outlook 2003
hello guys! i am just wondering, you see, we send emails to taiwan, some but not always, bounce back to us. these emails contains 2 pictures and some text, the email size is less than 1MB and sometimes a little bit higher than 1MB, can you give me other possible reasons why emails bounce back to us, aside from wrong email address, low email capacity storage and is it possible that the inbox is already loaded? i have already talked to them regarding this matter why it sometimes bounce back. i told them to clean their inbox from time to time if its already full so that they can receive new messages. sometimes sending emails is no problem, but if we send to much some emails bounce back. so i analyzed the situation and i came up with this: its maybe their inbox is already full or their email storage is low. our boss tried to email them with the same contents and they recepient received it. here's what i told him: say for example an elevator has a maximum capacity of 10 persons and i am the 11th person to ride, isn't it that it will give a warning sound? i have to wait until all or some of the passengers has taken off the elevator to ride. am i right? our boss claims the problem is with us, i explained to him like what i have said here. now, i'm beginning to doubt myself, is the problem emanating from us or from them? please help.

When the emails bounce back they should contain additional information as to why they were bounced back. This is necessary to troubleshoot.
You may also have to look in the Internet header.
You can find the header by opening the bounced back email (not preview), choose view from the toolbar, then choose options. A new window will open with the header info at the bottom.
If you copy and paste thje info from the header, make sure you xxx out the personal information.

Has it occurred to anybody in the Quantitative Easing and Easing crowd that we have a Stock Market recovery but not an Employment recovery because we don't have the reinvestment in our own Economy...
