no accounts tab in windows messenger
I want to set up a SIP connection in windows messenger, but i don't have an accounts tab. all i found through google was this, http://www.mcse.ms/archive69-2005-6-1670565.html , and i don't know what the office communicator is, but looking through microsoft's page, i think i would have had to purchase it. any tips?
