LOL
Are they EVER gonna release it? Or is this gonna be a Windows ME sort of deal? I'm confused right now... actually no.... but if they push the envelope too much in terms of system requirements they're gonna find themselves in bad position - with a too-demanding OS and probably, PROBABLY not enough apps that'll take advantage of the 64 bit capabilities..... though I may be wrong..... Now Vista will have native support for both 32 and 64-bit apps, right?

No problem.
I'm in no big hurry to hand M$ another $150.

The reason they are delaying IMO is because its not done of couarse but also many of the new pc's out probably cant run it at a decent speed so they are waitiing for dual cores to be mainstream on all news computers in order to release the OS. Just my opinion of course.
Lets just say I tried the Feb version and it was pretty slow on my humble computer. Thought from what I have read at the Winsupersite Micro$ has yet to do all the performance optimizations and such. |

They're still looking for key features to remove from it. I think the next thing to go is the GUI.
