    Cannot connect to internet with avast

     
    I just installed avast home edition and now I cannot connect to the internet unless I stop all providers. I also tried to uninstall it and it will not uninstall. I cant get it off my computer. Also the update virus definitions thingy dont work, I cannot update and it wont do it automatically like it should on start up. What do I need to do? I cannot seem to uninstall this program now in any way, I was gonna uninstall then re install to see if I could connect. Thanks

    Never mind, I figured it out... it was my Sygate firwall that was causing all this.. Problem fixed !!!
