I have changed in one office passwords on 6 computers. regular way - control panel users and change password.

I have loged out and tried out the new password and it worked no problem.

Next day client calls me and tells me that her employees login through their old password no problem.

How is this possible ??

Are these computers part of a domain?

no domain or anything. ...... they connect to one computer ( shared files ) thats it.

all of them are running windows XP PRO

Do the users have indiviual users on the computers, or just one account. Are you sure it wasnt the administrator password you changed?

they all have admin account and I changed their password.

example

login name m.linda
pass XXXXX


so I just changed the password for each user on the computer

all of them have individual user account so different login name but same password on all machines
