    Better image editor...

     
    Hey guys, I am looking for a very simple image editor like paint, except for one that has a few more options for saving files(so it doesn't pick the crappiest or best option for compression automatically).

    But I don't want something as big as GIMP, and it has to be free.

    IIRC Microsoft put out a program that was free. I could be crazy though.

    Gimp is too bloated, I don't want to wait 30 seconds+ for the thing to load when it will only take me a few seconds to edit it(though I do like GIMP for the bigger projects).
