Me and my dad have looked everywhere for the windows 98 service packs. And dont say use the windows update button, we're using windows 2000 and the sp's are for my uncle. Microsoft.com is no help, i need a direct link to the download please.

>But i know microsoft has 2 service packs for windows 98

actually, that is incorrect. there is no such thing as a "service pack" for win98. service packs were introduced w/winNT, although ms did release on cd something called a "customer service pack cd". what you are referring to are actually 5 system updates which is what distinguish the original win98 with the final version which was win98se. the only thing that i am not certain about is ICS...someone here mentioned that it was only available in win98se. i never used ICS not do i run win98 anymore so i can't verify if that is true.

the link which chaotic supplied is correct...use it.

I have no idea what you just said OC Guy lol
Actually I do believe there was SP for Win98
Regarding 98 --> 98SE yes ICS, extra slow and the improved firewire support were in SE only.
