ServerWorks Serverset III W2K3 drivers needed

Hi,
I bought an ibm xseries 350 server (8682-4RY) on ebay. The 2002 board uses a ServerSet III series HE chipset to run its four xeon 700 processors.

I tried installing a W2K3 Server, which worked out fine except that the system won't recognise a) the Broadcom (?) Gigabit network card on the board and b) there is still an unknown adapter in the system named "ServerWorks Champion OSB4 Southbridge".

It seems that Broadcomm integrated the former Server Works homepage with the wellknown effect that you don't find any more drivers there.

If you search through the ibm homepage, it doesn't help you either. They don't offer any Chipset and/or southbridge drivers, and the Gigabit Ethernet drivers they offer don't match the W2K3 operating system.

Can anyone please tell me how - maybe from the homepage of another motherboard manufacturer - I can get those drivers?

Or did I only miss them on the ibm pages or maybe they are on the driver download page of another server model?

I too have the same problem. The 64 bit version of Server 2K3 will not recognize the onboard Broadcon Nic cards. I installed the 32 bit version and all was well.......Wasup ???
