Missing .net Framework files???
I did a scan with Norton windows checker for windows problems, and it said there were 12 files missing, mostly all .dll files associated with Microsoft .net Framework 2.0. I tried "repair program" from add/remove programs and that did not work. The machine also has .net framework 1.1 on it as well. Should I uninstall .Net framework 2.0 and reinstall? If so, where do I get the download from and what is it called? Anything else have to be installed before I install .net framework 2.0 (if necessary)? Thanks.
Acer Aspire, M1100 Windows Vista Home Premium

Not sure if it will fix your problem, but here's the install for .net 2.0

Not really any commercial applications that i know of require dotNet 2.0, very few even use dotNet 1.1 it seems
If you are planning on developing, you need the dotNet 2.0 SDK, not just the runtime that I've linked above, however that should come packaged with any version of visual studio.

I would say to scrap it and start again, without even looking at it. Time to get a local web designer to throw a few ideas at the boss, and see what you really need from a website.
