Simple question about Wordpad
When I open a new Wordpad document and begin type, it always double-spaces the lines. Notepad does not do this. How can I get wordpad to single-space instead of double spacing? Thanks

You have an anonomoly. Wordpad should only do single space. Get a freeware word processor, such as Open Office if you need to control things.

Ya, I dont think Wordpad does double spacing..... If you print, is it double-spaced?
http://www.lib.uwaterloo.ca/AboutLib...n/wordpad.htmlWordPad can:
Set page margins
Set indentation and alignment in paragraphs
Create bulleted lists
Search and replace texts
Embed or link objects
WordPad cannot:
Set double space
Create headers and footers
Create columns
Create footnotes
Check spelling and grammar
