M$ Clipart organizer failure

I came into work today and i had the privledge of getting about 3 emails from the same person all throughout the day yesterday, telling me to fix her Office it gives her an error when she tries to place clipart in her documents... Granted i was out of the office today and i thought everyone knew that...

Anyway i went onto her computer and when trying to place certain clipart pictures from Microsoft Word into her documents it crashes telling me
"Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation Error Code 0x800c0008"

I cant tell you when/how it does it, its a random thing sometimes it will happen sometimes it wont, but when it does the only way to be able to use your clipart again is exit the program and come back in and hope for the best...


Anyone seen similar? Should i just reinstall the whole Office XP suite on her computer?

alright, well i added that URL into our SonicWall and went back to her computer, still the same problem, do i have to give it some bit of time to get new permissions or something? Maybe i have to do it on her local machine as well? (like a trusted site in the security settings?)
