    keeping songs in order in Nero

    i feel retarded cause i can't figure this out....i want to burn a mp3 disc with Nero...as i add the songs to the compilation instead of keeping them in order of each album it wants to put all song 1's together..as well as song 2's...and so on....i don't want it this way...i want the albums to be intact....please help b4 i pull my hair out....lol

    it really depends on your device as far as playback goes

    you should try creating folders for each album and putting the songs in there

    like i said...the order won't depend on how you burn them on the CD but how the device reads them from the cd

    a model number would help but most MP3 cd players I have seen do support directories

    yup...it reads folders....still would like to figure out how to keep the songs in order in nero though

    you rearrange the songs after you add it to the burn list....

    I put numbers in front of each song so that Nero burn them the way i want them to be and i put my songs in a folder.

    01 - Bryan Adams
    02 - Phil Collins
    03 - Steve Vai

    ans so on....

    Yup, I do the same as BluesMan1. It was the same when I used Roxie before I switched to NERO a few years back. Computers just love to use numbers in sequence
