.net Framework question

I am running XP Home. This computer only has .net Framework 1.1 on it. Should I upgrade to 2.0 and if so, do I uninstall 1.1 and also, what parts of .Net Framework 2.0 should I install? thanks

I believe that if you update directly from the Microdoft update web site you'll upgrade the .net framework also.
