Merry Christmas Guys!
Got a question for all of you. My dad just got a webcam for Christmas and we installed MSN Windows Live Messenger for him. We were messing around with things and got it all to work. Basically we were communicating to one another by going to: Start a video call on his computer (or call a computer).
My question is, does he get charged for using this service? Not only is the webcam video showing, but we were able to use VOIP too. Can anyone confirm whether or not this service is free? Again, we're not trying to call a phone number, but instead just another computer.
Thanks!
