Yes, but you need to install Vista 2 times...
I just wish they would have had it do a clean install, except require users to enter in their old COA code...

Not any easier than installing XP, then using Vista to upgrade over it.  |

I think the key advantages here are;
1: you no longer forfeit your xp key, as I understand it with an upgrade you loose the right to use xp {am I wrong here}
2: you can upgrade to any version of vista, if there is no qualifying media needed and this work around works then you can just buy any upgrade version.
one question I do not see covered is that I thought in order for vista to upgrade xp had to be installed and activated...I'm guessing that maybe that was wrong
