i386\ntkrnlmp.exe error code is 4


I am truly confused. My computer is not reading from the cd-rom very, and when trying to do a re-install I got got an error message as what's in the title. I am running out of options here for re-installing this and would gladly appreciate any suggestions.

Is the cd an original or a backup copy?
The cd or the cd drive could be dirty...

Well, it's just not working at all at this point. Now the computer has crashed and I don't have a cd drive to be able to revive it at all. Any suggestions?

Check Ur system Ram. And Change Faulty Ram this Issue has resolved after this.
