xcopy the newest file
does anyone know how I can use xcopy or similar to copy the newest file in a directory?
xcopy with the /d:%date% switch does not work due to me having the UK settings for date format (d-m-y) and xcopy needing US format (m-d-y).

no idea what you're talking about. but you might simply change your PC to US settings in your regional and language settings.
