That's an ambigious request. What is "call information"?. Does that mean they have something (or nothing) in the "subject notes" field? Does it mean they've called before but not called between those dates? |

I was afraid I was asking the wrong question.
This is where I get confused. I want to be able to enter a date range and have it tell me who has no records at all between those dates. |

Still are!
For example, in English:
Please enter date for those who don't have records:
02/05/2007 02/06/2007
No records found for people who aren't in the database cuz they didn't do anything! LOL |

Yup you’re right. I’m asking for no data.
So is it possible to get that sort of data out of that table or do i need a totally different setup. |

Ok maybe I should just scrap this template and explain that I would like to do.
All I want is a simple DB that tracks an employee name and has a list of dates attached to each employee of when they have done this training. Then I need to be able to generate a report of employees who have not done the training in a specific date range (usually within the last month.) |

Set it up with columns of Employee_Name, Training_Complete, Date and anything else you need.
Then:
Select Employee_Name
from Your_Table_Name
where Training_Complete = 'N'
and Date between '01/05/2007' and '01/06/2007'
You'll have to update the DB for those who complete traning and set Training_Complete to a 'Y'. And you'll have to put dates in for all employees, training completed or not (consider it "scheduling" ) |

Ok finally got the time to set this up.
I have the table setup exactly as you explained. I can run the query and get people who have not completed training.
Now I need some help with the last bit. How do you update the table for when someone completed training, everyone else has a no entry? |
