Simple Excel Help

I have a set of data that I need to create a scatter plot for. The thing I can't seem to figure yout is how to add a line across the scatter plot.

Say I have the following:

10

How would I simply add a line at say, 10 on the y axis that goes all the way across. I know how to add a trend line but that isn't what I'm looking for. I just need a plain horizontal line.

would it be worth it to create a graph from a set of equal numbers in each cell?

Thanks Vass. That actually does work. I just changed the line type to little lines instead of the predefined shape. However, I was hoping there would be a simpler way to do it. The best simple solution I could come up with was to use the drawing tool and draw a line I told the person doing it that it wouldn't be very accurate but what the heck, its easy.
