ACER Aspire 9410

Any help would be appreciated
I am running XP (Media Edition) I have 1.5 Gig of memory
I was trying to install some software for a LEXMARK X4550 Wireless printer. and Got a blue screen with a stop Error Code of
OX0000007E (0XC0000005, 0X00000000, 0XBAD237C8, 0XBAD234C4)
I have update BIOS From 1.13 to 1.20
Tried Swaping memory around
.....SO I decided to try and do a Safe Mode boot to eliminate any driver conflits.

I Can't get even get through a safe mode boot. It hangs on AGPCPQ.SYS

Perplexed ?!#

No Printer was not connected - I was just trying to install the software for the printer when this happened. I installed the same software on 3 other machines with no problem
