Utilizing 2 Drives to make a DVD backup.

What programs would I use to make a backup using 2 drives (To rip with one and burn with the other)? Normally I use DVD Shrink with just 1 drive.

Nero has this capability I do believe.

You use the normal view in Nero and just move the contents to the left window from the DVD drive and at the top of Nero's toolbar will show the DVD/RW drive that will be used for the compilation.
