How Can I restore my Windows to factory without cd ??

If you pc doesn't have a restore partition - you'll have to purchase another cd or borrow one from a friend. Just have to make sure you match your OEM or Retail keycode to the cd. (cd must be OEM or Retail)

How would I know if there was a restore partition ? If there was a restore partition, how would I restore from that partition ?

Look in My Computer and see how many partions you have. Might have a small D drive...If all else fails - look in the manual.
