They all support 64 bit, but my bro bought business and had to pay 10 bucks for the damn disk for 64, IDK..
I would go with Ultimate and be done with it.. |

I think that is so fked up that the OS says they "support 64 bit", but you have to pay an extra 10 bucks for the damn disk. M $ or ya!
Oh, wait- "The 64-bit editions of Windows Vista— available for all editions of Windows Vista".
So its supported and available?
It's why I got Ultimate.. free

Odds are real good it's the 32bit version. You have to order a 64bit dvd if needed.
Hope you know that Basic really means BASIC. |

Now your going to have smack your wife upside the head for controlling the use of the credit card so badly... (or at least your going to have a nagging urge to do so despite as I mentioned in your other thread about how you spent more on the vid card than it would of cost for the OS & same/similar Vid card Deal/links I/We provided)
you purchased an Upgrade version of the most watered down version of Vista for more than it would of cost for the Full version of 64-bit Premium (granted its the next step up from Basic, but its got much more) it still supports DirectX 10, but as carl posted a link for the different versions, here's a link from that page that much better represents what you did... (difference in features between Premium & Home... or should I say Lack There Of) http://www.microsoft.com/windows/pro...ns/choose.mspx |
