Sounds like a nasty virus or trojan that is blocking all of the anti-virus sites. You need to do an offline scan if you have any antivirus setup disks. If not, you could post a HijackThis log (if it lets you run HijackThis that is) and we could help you try and remove any nasty looking apps before trying again.
Can you get to another computer and download AVG Free to a CD or USB stick to run in safe mode?
Cheers
Mick

Yup - you have been completely and totally jacked. I would make a UBCD4Win CD on another PC and use it to boot up and clean that one. UBCD for Windows
Honestly, I doubt that this PC will ever be right after this. You really need to consider reinstalling Windows.

I don;t know if it will remove all the trojans you seem to have on there. The easiest method would be a reinstall unfortunately. But if you are willing to spend a lot of time on this, suggest you download HijackThis via another computer and install it via Safe Mode. Then you could post HiJackThis log and we could help you remove what we can see. Might work, but will mean an awful lot oif cleaning up stuff, and some of these nasties hide pretty well and reinfect your PC everytime you restart windows.
You willing to spend a long time on this?
Cheers

You will need to try and install Panda antivirus in safe mode... that may not even work, though. What you need is a boot scan form a bootable CD, something like UBCD that Bill recommended. Can you download and create a UBCD on a different computer?
Cheers

I have seen many bugs that still live in Safe Mode. UBCD4Win is the best thing for you.
