Is there an app to shut vista down on a schedule?

Like today I was downloading something and I wanted vista to shut down after the download was complete. Is there an application or a feature for vista that can do this?

Say I wanna schedule a shut down Saturday August 2, 2008 at 8:00 A:M eastern time. How would I go about doing this? Thanks in advance.
