The program is quickbooks 08 and what we want to do is this:
We are a go-between for companies and customers. We contact the customers using another companies name to sell products ( similar to a telemarketing operation ). What we wish to do with quickbooks is send invoices out but have different companies we work with as the invoicer on the printouts.
For example:
my company is hoosker-doo
we're working with the following companies: laidback inc. romp-in-the-park, and footware LLC.
Customer Joe has purchased a product from footware LLC and needs to be billed by us, the go-betweens.
We want it to say:
From: footware LLC.
to: Joe
amount: $900 for service
pay by: tomorrow
So instead of it showing my company, it would show whatever company we want instead. is there a way to do this in quickbooks? i have quickbooks installed inside a virtual machine and can give remote access if needed for a visual example.
