Changing to fast user switching in XP

I don't know what I did, but when logging on to XP now, it just pops up a window that asks for a user name and password. The Fast User Switching logon screen is gone and I want it back.

When I try to change it through user accounts it pops up this message;

"Client services for Netware has disabled the welcome screen and fast user switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall Client Services Netware".

I can't find it to uninstall it! New to XP Pro and still trying to find my way around.

The welcome screen and fast user switching MUST be disabled when using the Novell Client OR logging into a Windows domian

If you want to uninstall Novell (Client for netware) open up Network Connections->Local Area Connection->Properties and uninstall Client For Netware Networks and the IPX protocols

That should reenable the welcome screen.

jsut a note: the IPX protocol doesn't need to be removed just to remove the Netware Client

Thanks Kendo, that worked like a charm! I didn't have to remove IPX protocol either. Thanks DVNT1!

windows logon problem

i also have this problem where i got the message "Client Services for NetWare has disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall Client Services for NetWare." and none of the check boxes for turning on the welcome screen or fast user switching were able to be checked, i uninstalled the network client "Client Service for NetWare" and went back to the logon setting and was able to check off both the welcome screen and fast user switching but when i hit apply nothing happens and when i clicked back into the logon settings neither of them were checked off again?
