Outlook express.

I will download Thunderbird, is it an expensive program and how does it work. I suppose that all the emails go to their web site and anyone of us can log in to see them

Thunderbird is free, it's from mozilla like firefox. I don't know if it's of use but there is also a very useful calendar tool called lightning (though getting it to share amongst pc's is a bit trickier, takes using google calendar).
