Not sure I understand the question....
But you can set a account up on any and all computers making certain you go into advanced setting and Enable-> Leave Mail on Server
For mail that you send out - BCC yourself... |

I wanted to put an Outlook Express icon on 2 computers that would be linked to the Outlook express of the third computer. Is that possible? |

Too bad, it seemed to easy to be possible. What is the best way to keep all emails on same computer and give access to the other computers on the network |

Now, I've never actually set this up or tested it in anyway so it's just a theory:
But perhaps you could Share the directory where outlook's mail files are stored and set up the 2 other networked PC's to look there for their files.
You can find the mail directory by going to Control Panel\Mail\Data Files Tab and it will tell you the directories used.
You can use the same method to change where the other PC's are looking for the mail.
Again, never tested, haven't researched. Just a theory. |

Using a Web Based email like Gmail would help...
Why are you wanting to do this? Are there three people involved in this setup and you only have one account? |

The 3 computers are far apart in a metal shop, and we d'ont want to have to go to a certain computer to see the emails, we want the emails to be on one computer, therefore my goal was that anyone who wants the see the emails (mostly quatations and replies), the emails would all be at the same place, this would prevent looking around to see which computer would have received the quotation. At the same time if the person wants to know if someone replied to his quotation, he shoul be able to look from his computer to the computer that received all the quotations' replies. |

Use thunderbird, import your files there, and save everything on server after that. Sucks to M$.
