Outlook 2002

How can I prevent one of my e-mail accounts from being checked by Outlook ?

Under tools > Accounts go into your accounts properties and uncheck the "Include this account when receiveing mail or synchronizing"

Remove the account from Outlook or remove the PST file from the list if you want.

Thanks, but I wish to keep this address, I just dont want to have Outlook check if for e-mails.

Ok, try this:

Go to Tools -> Options -> click on Mail Setup tab -> Choose Send/Receive option -> click on edit and you should see the multiple accounts. From there you should be able to remove account from send/receive.
