I have an HP Pavilion dv8000 with a 200G HD. The HD is a pancaked double 100g drive. I have XP on the C drive. Can I load Vista on the D drive and have a choice at start up? 100G is plenty for me and what I do.
I've never heard the term "pancaked, " but if the D drive is currently empty, then it should work fine. Vista will automatically create a boot menu to choose which OS to use.
