Silly question probably.........are USB devices hot-swap in Linux?

Well... my USB mass storage device ("thumb drive") is hot-swap
I dreamt that a large eagle circled the room three times and then got into bed with me and took all the blankets.

What do you intend to use the system for? You have PCI Express on that motherboard. But only a 300 Watt power supply. That will probably need an upgrade for any decent newer graphics card. Also, it...
