Doubtfull..

You need a hard drive with an OS to be able to install video card drivers...Then there the major need to have a free PCIe or APG slot for the video card.

a RAM drive is still a "Hard Drive" and it most definitely has an OS that detects it as one. I work with thin clients for my work. They inherently have on board video cards but if you open the case, there is a PCI slot for "expansion." Now, if you had a video splitter dongle, that may be enough to get you dual monitors but your not going to get more then two very basic screens ... definitely no 3d aps.

Narrowing down what you have for a thin client as dude above me said would be a start. If you have a 5710 your going to be out of luck because they suck all around. 5720's and 5730's aren't bad as they come with a better RAM drive size, better onboard video, and overall mobo improvements. If you are running one of their linox varients, i havnt ever used them personally so i cant really say what they are capable of.
