Windows 7 Beta To Be Released On January 9

Okay downloads are no longer available, anyone have another resource to get it? They are giving out keys still though and i want to try it out.

Do you think your Atom Chipset is going to handle it? Im noticing that my Asus cant handle multitasking as well as it could, my guess is that the in order processing. Something like Vista/Win 7 sound to be a multi tasking haven ... the graphical load might bog it down too much.

Well there are no official channels for getting the download so ya...your stuck there.

Netbooks reportedly run W7 pretty well. Since that is all a matter of the users perception who knows exactly what that means but for the basics as long as you've got plenty of ram I don't see any issues.

Yup I have several friends with the atom process saying it runs it very well!

Ive had one or two tell me 7 runs better than vista on them
